I wanted to take a moment to recognize our realtor because his hard work deserves to be acknowledged, we are working with Phil on the sell to our home and From day one, he’s gone above and beyond for our family. He doesn’t just help with the sale, he genuinely cares about us. He’s stopped by to mow our grass simply because he wanted to help not once but TWICE, never expecting anything in return. That’s something you rarely see, and it means more to us than he probably realizes. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, answers every question we have, and always makes sure we know all of our options so we can make the best decisions for our family. At no point have we felt pressured. he truly has our best interests at heart. He’s always kind, honest, and willing to lend a hand with things that have nothing to do with selling our home.
